Homeschooling 101
Join local homeschooling mother of five, Lena Emo, for an informative and revealing look at the realities of homeschooling.
Ms. Emo has two children who have already received a high school diploma from home and are now attending university, along with three younger children who are currently being homeschooled, including a child with special needs.
How to begin homeschooling once you've made the decision, socialization, different styles of homeschooling, types of resources available, your child's learning style, and many other related topics will be addressed. A question and answer period will follow the presentation.
Admission is free. Everyone is welcome. Refreshments are provided.
