Back to school: back to packing lunches. Join Naturopathic Doctor Jilan Koch for an informative presentation on basic nutrition for kids; nutritional requirements by age; lunchbox friendly ideas and recipes; understanding food labels, and more.

Dr. Koch practices naturopathic family medicine, and is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors. Along with a great deal of knowledge, she brings with her a passion for teaching others how to live a healthy lifestyle embracing both conventional and naturopathic therapies.
