Books & More

The Library has so many different types of material that you can borrow, that sometimes it can be hard to decide what you want. If you want help finding just the right book, visit NoveList K - 8, an online database designed to be easy and fun to use, with all kinds of helpful information and lists.

TumbleBookLibrary and TumbleBookCloud Jr. are great resources that will help you to find good books. TumbleBookLibrary is an online collection of animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading. TumbleBooks are created by adding animation, sound, music and narration to existing picture books in order to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, or have read to you.

Reading Lists & Suggestions

The Forest of Reading, the Battle of the Books, and the TD Summer Reading Club are just a few of the many programs the Library is involved in to help develop and nurture a love of reading. Click on the links below to see the reading lists developed for these programs, and more.

Of course, you're always welcome to come to the library and ask at the Information Desk for more suggestions. Our staff are friendly and helpful, and are trained to help match readers to the books they're most likely to enjoy.
