Fines are in place to discourage patrons from keeping material past its due date, and to ensure equal access to the collection for everyone.

Fines are easily avoided. Please return or renew your materials on time. The Library provides convenient drop boxes for after-hours returns.

Maximum Fines

• $5.00 maximum overdue fine per item

Please note: Maximum fines do not include replacement cost for lost or damaged items.

Overdue Fines

Audiobooks (CDs) 20 cents per day, max. $5.00

Books 20 cents per day, max. $5.00

Book Club in a Bag $2.00 per day (20 cents x 10 books), max. $25.00

Compact Discs (CDs, music) 20 cents per day, max. $5.00

Digital Video Discs (DVDs) $1.50 per day, max. $5.00

DVD Sets $1.50 per day, max. $5.00

eReader $1.50 per day, max. $5.00

Magazines 20 cents per day, max. $5.00

Outstanding Fines

You will be unable to sign out material or access your library account online once your outstanding fines have reached $5.00 or more.
