Renewals
To renew your items online, you must Login to Your Account. You will need your Library Account Number and P.I.N.
Up to 2 renewals per item are permitted if there are no other requests on the item.
Online renewals must be made on or before the due date of the item(s). To renew an overdue item, please speak to a Circulation Assistant in person, or call 519-941-0610.
Renewals may be made at either location of the Library regardless of the location from which the material was picked up, requested or borrowed. Visit, telephone, or email the Library at 519-941-0610 or for renewals.

- Online † on or before the due date
* Material cannot be renewed by voicemail / telephone message. You must speak to a Circulation Assistant to ensure that your material is renewed.
† Some restrictions apply. If you are unable to renew your material online please call our Circulation Department at 519-941-0610.
Possible reasons why an online renewal is not permitted include:
- An expired library card
- Overdue items on card
- Overdue fees or fines
- Your library card will expire before the due date
Returns
You may return library material at either location during regular library hours, regardless of the location from which the material was picked up, requested or borrowed.
For your convenience, drop boxes are provided for after-hour returns.
IMPORTANT: Never leave library material outside of the Library or drop box. Always check to ensure that items placed in the drop box do not get jammed in the chute. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to ensure that material borrowed on their card is returned to the Library on or before the due date, and undamaged.
